The account manager will be the key point of contact for the customer, ensuring that the needs and requirements are met. This will be from site surveying and quick turnaround quoting and repairs, to ensuring that planned maintenance visits are completed on time to the required standards, reactive visits are efficiently dealt with and the site log books are fully audited and compliant.
Regular review meetings will be encouraged to review performance (KPI’s), how we can accomplish the customers long term goals from potential future projects, energy and sustainability solutions to general feedback on how we can improve the relationship. A strong line of communication is key to managing an account successfully.
